Foam Synthetic Teak for Boats

Foam synthetic teak from Deckfab is made from top quality EVA Foam 2metre x 1 metre sheets and cut to shape from templates on a CNC machine. Templates may be provided in an electronic form or converted from paper/plastic template shapes ready for cutting.  The final product is packed and despatched in kit form ready to lay on board the boat by certified or DIY fitters.

Templates

Templates are sent to us from fitters in either hard form using plastic film or from an electronic file. Hard form templates are converted in electronic templates using scanning equipment ready for cutting.

Benefits of Foam Synthetic Teak

It is non-slip, wet or dry and :
cost effective
stain resistant
simple to keep clean
superb insulation qualities
cool to walk on
Foam synthetic teak is an excellent choice of decking material in warm climates because it remains cool and comfortable to walk on and looks great. However it is not as durable as other choices so should be considered for lighter use applications. We would also draw attention that there are many foam decks on the market that  bear no resemblence to quality EVA foam that will disentegrate over short periods of time

Durability and Guarantees

We guarantee that our original decks will remain beautiful and durable for years to come, with many of our decks still looking stunning after years of use. Our products are backed by a 1-year guarantee against material defects,

At Deckfab, we take pride in using only the best materials and manufacturing techniques. Certified fitters bond our decks with recommended adhesives but for DIY purposes we are able ton supply a 3m peel and stick version for simpler application.

Performance

Deckfab foam synthetic teak offers significant advantages over rival products in the market by ensuring only the most durable closed cell foam is used for marine applications.

Maintenance

Foam synthetic teak requires minimal maintenance to retain its excellent appearance. A simple rinse or a jet wash is enough for a deep clean that restores the decking to its new-like finish. Stains caused by common spills like oil, fuel, red wine, and fish blood can usually be removed with soap and water, providing you with a hassle-free cleaning experience.
